All System fonts listed in the pop-up menu, are taken directly from the System Folder's Font folder. So if you want to add a new font, just put the suitcase and printer font in there. Collasping Windows allows you to "roll up" windows, any type of window, in fact. As it says in the control panel, just double click on a window's title bar to roll it up, so that just the title bar is visable - that's all it does, neat I think! The Appearances section deals with the overall look of the Mac grahpical user interface (to a limited extent), and can edit the System wide font to use.
